Engineer on Duty (EOD) Mobile application is mainly designed and developed with the purpose to streamline and automatized complaints and request raised by client to a single point of contact to the QRT Team. It provides different types of user’s accessibility such as EOD engineer and Executive .Users can get access of customer care to provide assistance to Customer and answer queries raised by the Customers.
However, EOD application has various features which delivers smooth functioning and great control over the generation of ticket, visibility of ticket status, allocation and reallocation of generated and assigned tickets of EOD. ‘Systematic and Productive daily activity’, ‘ticket execution and respondents’ and ‘detail view of history of tickets’. All pages are accessed based on role based rights allocation.
